Not sure, but if I had to guess, I'd say close to when season 6 starts in 2006. That way it'll help drum up interest for the show again.

Damn. That sucks. It's also weird because usually there's only a six month lag between the broadcast and the release to DVD set. I know the seasons are spread out sporadically but I figured they'd have the fifth season out by December.
